Straight answers
Do you provide ongoing IT support?
Yes, at organisation and estate level: monitoring, patching, backup, capacity and vendor management on a retained basis. We are not a walk up desktop helpdesk, but we work happily alongside yours, or can recommend one for day to day user support.
Can you work with our existing IT team or supplier?
That is our most common arrangement. We deliver the project alongside your internal team or incumbent supplier, then hand over with full documentation so the knowledge stays with you.
What size of business do you work with?
From small businesses needing their first proper setup to large organisations planning platform level projects, including high performance computing environments for research and analytics workloads.
Are you tied to particular vendors?
We have deep experience with the platforms listed above, but our advice is vendor neutral: we specify what fits your workload and budget, and we will tell you when the cheaper option is genuinely good enough.
