Short iterations with working software in front of you early. You review real screens and real output, not status reports, and can change direction while it is cheap.

Source code, documentation and training. Keep us on to run and improve it, or take it fully in house. Your call, because you own it.
Straight answers
What does bespoke software cost?
It depends on scope, which is why every project starts with a free call and ends its first week with a fixed, written quote. Small automations start in the low thousands. Larger applications are scoped in phases, so you see value early and can stop at the end of any phase.
Do we own the software?
Yes. Source code, documentation and deployment guides are handed to you at the end of the project. You are never dependent on us to keep your own system running.
Is our data safe in an AI project?
Your data stays yours. Models are trained in your environment or a UK hosted one you control, we work under NDA as standard, and data protection assessment is built into scoping.
How do we know an AI model will actually work?
We start with a short feasibility phase on a sample of your data and prove the accuracy before you commit to a build. If your data cannot support the model you want, we tell you plainly, and you have spent very little finding out.
Can you work with our existing systems?
Almost always. Most of our work is connecting and extending what you already have — accounts packages, CRMs, Microsoft 365, industry specific software — rather than replacing it.
